Overview
Skydea K.K. (“Skydea”, “we”, “us”) makes the Kingdom: Business is a Game app for iPhone (“the app”) and runs this website, kingdomgame.app. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the app and the website collect, why, and what you can do about it.
The short version: your game is saved on your device, there is no account, and we use two analytics tools to see how the game is played so we can fix problems and make it better. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your game progress
Kingdom has no account and no sign-in. Your companies, saves and past runs are stored only on your device. We don’t run a game server, and your progress is never sent to us. If you delete the app, your progress is deleted with it.
Analytics in the app
We use two services to understand how the game is played, find what’s confusing and fix problems.
Google Analytics for Firebase
Collects information about how the app is used, such as:
- usage events (for example, starting a game, finishing a chapter or opening a screen);
- app version, device model and operating system version;
- approximate country, based on your IP address;
- an app-instance identifier, a random ID created for this install of the app.
Microsoft Clarity
Records sessions to show how screens are used: taps, scrolls, which screens you visit and how long you spend on them. Text on screen is masked by default, so recordings show the layout of the app, not what is written or typed.
Crash and diagnostic data
When the app crashes or runs into a problem, we may receive technical information such as the app version, device model, operating system and what the app was doing at the time. This comes from the analytics tools above and, if you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, from Apple.

What we don’t do
- We don’t collect the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
- We don’t sell your data.
- We don’t use your data for advertising.
Purchases
Chapter 1 is free. Chapters 2 to 5 are unlocked with an in-app purchase, which is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. We only receive confirmation of whether the unlock has been purchased, so the app can open the later chapters.
Notifications
Notifications are optional and you can turn them off at any time in your iPhone’s Settings. They are scheduled on your device by the app; we don’t send them from a server and don’t collect a push token.
This website
kingdomgame.app has no accounts or forms. When enabled, we may use Google Analytics on the website to collect standard usage data, such as pages visited and device type, to understand how visitors use the site. If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply.
How long we keep data
Analytics and session data is kept for the retention periods Google and Microsoft set by default for these services, and is then deleted. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to help you.
Children
Kingdom is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. Because the app has no account, the analytics data we receive isn’t tied to your identity. You can clear your game data at any time by deleting the app, which also resets the app-instance identifier. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
